If you’ve experienced an issue with your wood bat and you wish to make a warranty claim, then please complete the warranty claim form below. This will set our customer care team in motion to determine whether your product is covered by the limited warranty. Make sure to include photos showing the damage so we can accurately assess your case.
Please note: this form is intended for warranty claims on wood bats only. If you would like to submit a warranty claim for a non-wood bat, please do so using the Non-Wood Bat Limited Warranty Claim Form. If you would like to submit a warranty claim for a product that is not a bat, please do so using the Limited Warranty Claim Form.
After submitting your warranty claim, you will receive an email with instructions to return your bat to the Louisville Slugger Bat Care Center.
