Declare a return

Louisville Slugger offers returns on most stock items within 30 days of receipt*. We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please submit your return and place a new order.

On the final step of the return form, you will be able to print a UPS return shipping label or find the scannable QR code to use at the UPS store to send the item(s) back to us. This information will also be sent via email.

*Please note that custom products cannot be returned. Custom items include anything that has a personalized logo, name, number, personalized color, custom and strung rackets, custom golf clubs, and custom inflates.

Track a return

Refunds are processed AFTER we receive the item(s) to our warehouse. When we are operating on time with return processing, it can take up to 5 business days to see the refund back to the original form of payment.
